Robotics Battlebots Extreme

3D Cartoon Camp

Take the next step up from Lego.

Campers, in teams of two, will construct their robot (no soldering) and learn basic electronics, how a microcontroller works and through a series of activities, learn how to program their robot to solve a variety of challenges. Focus is both engineering and programming. Kids will compete in fun real-world challenges like obstacle courses, capture-the-flag, maze solving and the finale - the sumobot-style battle of the bots! Each day will bring a new challenge and learn to design and program their robot to meet each challenge.

[Please note: It is recommended that campers have previously taken Robotics I or II]

(recommended for ages 11-14)
